Chery Achieves Over One Million Vehicle Sales in H1 2024, Global User Base Surpasses 14 Million!

Chery Group achieved remarkable sales with a total of 1,100,621 vehicles sold, marking a significant 48.4% year-on-year increase in H1 2024. This milestone represents Chery’s first-ever half-year sales surpassing one million vehicles, accompanied by a historic high in global user base, now exceeding 14 million.

During the same period, Chery brand sold 706,767 units, a 41.9% year-on-year growth compared to the previous year.

Chery participated in the Beijing Auto Show, signed a historic Letter of Intent with JLR, and ranked first in the automotive category of the Google x Kantar BrandZ Top 50 Chinese Global Brand Builders 2024 in H1 2024. These brand activities have significantly accelerated Chery’s global expansion.

Enhancing Product Capability: Highlighting Exceptional Brand Strength

In terms of enhancing product capability, the Chery brand achieved significant gains in H1 2024. In March 2024, the roll-off ceremony of the one-millionth Tiggo 2 model was celebrated in Wuhu, China. This achievement not only highlights the wide recognition and strong competitiveness of the Tiggo 2 as a representative model of Chery in the global market but also demonstrates Chery’s excellence in R&D capabilities, production capacity, and adaptability to global environments.

Starting in March 2024, Chery embarked on an Arrizo 8 Aesthetic Voyage: The Top 8 Splendid Lakes Worldwide Collection, conducting activities in countries and regions including Mexico and Kazakhstan. This event was a significant showcase for the Arrizo 8 in the global market.

In May 2024, the Tiggo 8 Pro Max received the ANCAP five-star safety rating, recognizing its comprehensive safety design and reinforcing Chery’s commitment to user safety.
